Look out American Idol, here comes SHOW OFF, a world-wide talent contest exclusively on the iPhone!

On September 23, 2009, ChapBros Media released SHOW OFF, a free iPhone app available in the iTunes Store.

SHOW OFF is a fusion of American Idol and America’s Got Talent, only it takes the competition to a world-wide level by allowing iPhone users around the globe to watch and vote on talent videos where ever and whenever they want. Every week the Show Off with the most votes is entered into the Ultimate Show Off competition. You decide who the weekly winners and Ultimate Show Off should be by submitting your vote!

Winners receive prizes and the chance to get placed in front of a real talent agent, so start showing off now!

ChapBros Media is pleased to announce, SHOW OFF, the worldwide talent competition EXCLUSIVELY on Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch.

ChapBros Media is the brainchild of Duane Lee Chapman, Wesley D. Chapman and Leland B. Chapman, the sons of world famous DOG The Bounty Hunter. ChapBros Media has just received the thumbs up from Apple Inc. and is excited for the launch of SHOW OFF in the app store today!

SHOW OFF gives users the ability to submit videos of their talents and vote via the iPhone or iPod Touch for their favorite video submissions. Weekly prizes will be given for the overall winners and every 14 weeks one Ultimate SHOW OFF will be crowned!

As SHOW OFF develops so will the prizes! Due to Apple’s restrictions, ChapBros Media is unable to give away cash prizes. But the Chapman brothers have a few ideas up their sleeves! Prizes will consist of t-shirts, bags, hats, guitar straps, drum sticks, flip video cameras, mugs and more.

ChapBros Media has taken their business plan to the social community in a very effective and aggressive way. By utilizing MySpace, Facebook and Twitter the Chapman brothers have not only created hype, but have turned their fans into active marketing agents. Teams have been created and given critical duties to help grow the SHOW OFF project and the ChapBros Media brand. Teams are assigned missions and each team is rewarded for the completion of these missions.

Not only does this bring the fans closer to the project and the Chapman brothers, it also fuels viral and social marketing. In just days the ChapBros Twitter, MySpace and Facebook accounts have gathered thousands of fans and are growing every day.

ChapBros Media will be releasing other iPhone apps in the coming weeks and will continue to release apps through out 2009 and 2010.

Mission #2 Update and Team Update

Teams,

Well as we are sure you have heard the news about merging the teams into 4 teams of North, South, East and West. This will help the team leaders and the teams get through the missions.

The teams have been absolutely amazing!!! We just wanted to get them running smoother for everyone and think that this will help immensely.

Please contact your team leader for more details. Now on to Mission 2 update. First lets review the mission as it has changed just a bit:

1. Get 30 posts on blogs, youtube, press or American Idol forums.

2. Get 2 videos in the system and approved for SHOW OFF

3. The facebook fan page to 3,300

4. The MySpace fan page to 1,900

Now here is were we are at:

FaceBook fans are at 2,841

MySpace fans are at 1,113

Now as for the posts... please don't be mad, but with all the things we have changed we tried to count the posts tonight and DL couldn't figure out what teams were North, South, East or West.

Team leaders please re-email us the links with your team division and we will post ASAP the results!

Now one last update. The prizes for mission one! We just got done getting the photos ready and will get the team leaders out the photos this next week. The Video thank you will be out as well!
