Okay,
To clear up a few things. For those of you that missed the Skype phone call, we are putting the 7 teams we had into 4 teams.
Team leaders were to 'melt' their teams into each other and combine the teams. That left one team out and that team's team leader was simply going to pick a team member to help them with the team and be a second team leader.
So we will have NORTH, SOUTH, EAST and WEST teams. Now to clear it up POST on this comment who your new team is and what team leader you blended in with! Again ONE old team will be the exact same team as before, just with a new name and more help! The other 3 teams will be two old teams brought into one and with a new name.
